Emmanuel ldun has over 40 years'broad business experience in Ghana and internationally. His career, focused in the FMCG, Telecoms and lnsurance industries, and rooted in finance, has spanned the areas of corporate finance, business performance management, business disposals and acquisitions, governance, risk management, strategy development and execution, investor relations, as well as significant roles in logistics, lT, and frontline operations.

Emmanuel's career roles have included, Executive Director and consultant for Enterprise Group PLC, IEGL], between 2016 and 2020, Executive Director (rinance) for IEGL] between 2010-2016. He was Chief Commercial Officer, Expresso Telecom LTD, from 2007-2010. Emmanuel joined Unilever in 1980 where he had a career spanning twenty-seven (27) yeats in various financial and management roles. His Unilever lnternational career included roles as Commercial Manager, Unilever Congo BV; Africa Business Group Management Accountant, Unilever PLC, UK; Corporate Finance Manager, Central Asia, Middle East and Africa, Unilever PLC UK. At Unilever Ghana PLC, he worked in various capacities including Audit Manager, lnformation Technology Manager, Commercial Controller (Lever Division), Controller (Projects), and was National Finance Director between 1999 - 2007. Prior to 1980 he held varous finance roles with Diageo PLC and Ladbroke Group PLC in thc UK.

Emmanuel has previously served on the boards of Unilever Ghana PLC, 1999 - 2007, Twifo Oil Palm Plantation LTD, [1999 -20071, Enterprise Life Assurance Company LTD, 2008 - 2010, Enterprise Group PtC, 2010 - 2016 He currently serves as a non- executive director on the boards First National Bank Ghana LTD and Enterprrse Properties LTD. Emmanuel is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FFCA), a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountant, Ghana (ICA), and fellow of the Institute of Directors, Ghana.
