Ms. Patience Afua Aduakwa

Patience Afua Aduakwa has over 20 years working experience In management, legal and human resource management working in number of local and multinational companies. She is the founder and Head of Chambers of lgnite Law consult (ignite), Consultant Specialists in FMCG industries, Labour Relations, International Business, Aviation and Corporate Governance and Secretarial matters. Prior to founding lgnite, Patience was HR and Legal Services Manager at Air Ghana Company Limited. Before joining Air Ghana company Limited, Patience ,worked with L'0real West Africa, first as Legal and HR Director, and then Legal Regional and HR Regional supervisor.

Patience also worked for Soft Sheen Carson West Africa Ltd as Legal and HR Manager; Carson Products West Africa Ltd, a Free Zone Enterprise as Legal and HR Advisor and PA to the CEO. She also worked at JLD Legal Consultancy Services as a Junior Associate and as a pupil with Clinton and Amoo Lamptey (Afrimark). Patience is a member of Ghana Bar Assocration and holds an L.L.B. Hons. degree from the University of Ghana. She also holds an Executive Master of Business Administration (lnternational Business) from the Paris Graduate School of Management, as well as Business French Certrfrcate from Alliance Francaise. Patience is the recipient of a number of awards - the All Round Best Female Student, (Ghana School of Law 0ctober 2000), Best Student in Advocacy and Legal Ethics (Ghana 5chool of Law, October 2000) and Certificate of Merit (Faculty of Law, Universrty of Ghana, February.1999).
